B&L Elevator Services installs only non-proprietary elevator equipment, giving you complete freedom and long-term flexibility. Our systems do not require specialized computers or restricted devices to access diagnostics or fault codes, which means any qualified elevator contractor can service and maintain the equipment we install—though we’re confident you’ll choose to stay with B&L for your ongoing maintenance needs.

Our approach is straightforward and honest: we won’t push unnecessary upgrades or sell you more than you need. For larger projects, we install proven packages from AVT Beckett, Global Tardif, and Noddem, and Federal.  We also collaborate with independent elevator manufacturers to design custom solutions. Our capabilities include passenger, freight, and dumbwaiter systems, as well as a full range of accessibility lift applications.
